By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.Please fill out my commission form to place an order. (Other methods will not be accepted.)

I reserve the right to refuse any commission that does not fit my terms of service, makes me uncomfortable, or if a client is disrespectful.

Prices are subject to change.I can cancel and refund you for any reason.

Important note:

I am a SFW artist, I do not do any form of sexual artwork, (Porn, erotic, or overly suggestive.)This excludes Blood/gore.

Commission slots and waitlist

(Those on a waitlist have the right to opt out)

I open commissions once to twice a month, with no specific date, but posts will be made about it on any of my active socials.Depending on commission type and complexity, It may take 2 - 5 weeks to finish. (if you wish to rush a commission, additional fees will apply)my slots are limited to 4 at a time, if there are more, they will be put on a waitlist.First come first serve.I will provide updates at key stages (i.e.initial sketch, line art, base colors) for your approval.Up to 3 major revisions are included in the price. Additional revisions after the artwork is finished will incur extra costs.If you submitted a commission form and haven't heard back from me within two days, it could be due to the following reasons:1. The commission subject didn't follow my TOS.
2. The commission subject was too vague.

Usage Rights and Ownership

Any and all usage of my work for any form of AI is strictly forbidden. Commission or not.

Personal Use: Clients receive the right to use the artwork for personal use only. This includes using the artwork as a profile picture, framing, wallpaper, personal display, and more.

Commercial Use: For commercial use (i.e.merchandise, marketing, art covers, etc), additional fees apply. Please discuss this with me prior to commissioning.

Copyright: I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork. I may use the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, and more, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Reproduction Rights: The client may not reproduce the artwork for any reason without my explicit permission.

Prices and Payment methods

I currently only accept USD currency using Paypal.Payments can either be 100% upfront, or 50% upfront, and 50% after approval of the sketch.
Please inform me prior if you wish to pay 50/50, otherwise I will automatically charge 100%.You may only make a payment after we have discussed and I have approved the commission. I will begin working on it once payment has been received.

Cancellations and refund policy

Either party may cancel the commission. If the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable if I have started on the commission.If you cancel before I have started on the commission, you will get a full refund.If I cancel anytime, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.Paypal chargebacks are not allowed, I will refund all of it back to you myself.If you request a chargeback without authorization, you will lose all rights to the artwork. I will retain full rights to further profit from it, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.Additionally, if necessary, I will provide PayPal with evidence of our conversation to show that the artwork was made.
